During his time at McKinsey & Company, Kirola was part of a select team that developed one of the worldās most advanced global trends databases, supporting leading international clients and shaping early thinking around data-driven strategy.
In 2011, he founded Force Majeure, an international production and consulting company focused on developing, producing, and financing film, scripted, and unscripted television, alongside advising brands on cultural strategy and global positioning. By 2023, the company had established itself as a platform for emerging European directing talent in the U.S. market and built long-term relationships with global partners, including The Coca-Cola Company.
